Dr. Cindy Blackstock First Nations Child and Family Caring Society of Canada and Dr. Pam Palmater co-authored an open-access academic article in the Genealogy journal MDPI called CLASH ACTIONS: INIDGENOUS PEOPLES HUMAN RIGHTS AND CLASS ACTIONS about the need to protect Indigenous people from exploitation by lawyers and law firms in class actions. So many lawyers & law firms work hard for their clients, but there have been too many cases of exploitation.
